Like all companies, Power Plus has a particular culture we’re striving for, which is a set of shared attitudes, practices, and goals that will help us thrive as employees and succeed as a company. That culture is based on our mission, vision, and six values.
Our Mission is Power When You Need It, Where You Need It. This captures the essence of what we do and the arena where we play. If it has to do with power, then we are interested in it. While originally this meant temporary power on residential construction sites, it has extended to nationwide backup generators, massive events, and disaster relief. We’ve started a permanent utility division as well as a security camera division to keep equipment safe. The mission represents our versatility and commitment to innovation. It also conveys that we are highly responsive to our customers.
Meeting the immediate and long term needs of our customer is our highest priority.
In the early days of Power Plus, our vision was to meet the immediate needs of our customers. As time went on, we realized the importance of establishing many of whom are home builders, with ongoing projects. The evolution of our vision statement speaks to our evolution as a company towards professional power consultants.
